RAW MILK

Farm Milk

We stock unpasteurused Milk from David Tiernan's Dunleer Farm. The farm is now in its fouth generation as a daiy farm. The milk produced is of a stunning quality and we are proud to have it available for the public. In fact the Glebe Brethan cheese made with this milk was served at the State dinner hosted for the Queen's visit.

Unfortunately, the powers that be are planning to place a ban on the sale of raw milk. We feel that it should be up to the individuals to decide for themselves as to whether or not to consume this wonderful product as it is all over continental Europe. Ireland has probably the finest dairy milk in the world and it would be a shame if we didn't have the option to enjoy it. Imaging the Italians placing a ban on the consumption of Olive Oil or the French banning cheese!
