We pride ourselves on the freshness of our fish which we personally source directly from various fishing ports and the Dublin fish market. Our fish is hand picked individually by us ensuring that we have the best fish on sale
Our shellfish is supplied by numerous small Irish fishermen
Unless otherwise specified our fish it Irish, and has been caught by Irish boats. Ireland has some of the finest seafood in the world and we are proud to support the Irish fishing industry
