We are passionate about supporting the Irish Food Industry and where possible our food is sourced locally and Irish. All of our meat is supplied by Farrelly’s of Delgany, Ed Hick of Dun Laoghaire, Gerry Doran of Bray, and Pat O’Neill of Enniscorthy. Our vegetables are supplied by Nicky’s Farmshop of Kilcoole.
Our fish comes from our own fish counter next door. The fish on our fish counter is handpicked from the Dublin Fish Market and is also sourced directly from boats in Kilmore Quay and Clogherhead.
Our shellfish is supplied by numerous small Irish fishermen
Unless otherwise specified our fish it Irish, and has been caught by Irish boats. Ireland has some of the finest seafood in the world and we are proud to support the Irish fishing industry
Our fish counter is Co Wicklow’s only BIM Seafood Circle Seafood Specialist Member 2011 and was awarded the BIM Seafood Circle Best Customer Service in Ireland 2011 in recognition of both the quality of our seafood and the manner in which it is prepared (fully pinboned)
